Josh BeilJosh Beil is the cofounder and President of Skywave Broadband, a wireless ISP operating in Honolulu, HI. Josh was named one of PBN’s Forty Under 40 for 2006, and in 2005, he was named a High Tech Leader by the Pacific Technology Foundation. Before co-founding Skywave, Mr. Beil was VP of Research and Development for the market research boutique, Tier 1 Research, where he covered the Internet infrastructure sector as an analyst. He maintains a private consulting practice specializing in the web hosting industry. Peter KayPeter Kay is President of CyberCom, Inc., a high-tech management consulting firm. His 25 year local history of entrepreneuring has founded 6 different technology companies.  He has been credited with developing Hawaii's first Internet classes, first commercial Web site and the initial online presence of most of Hawaii's blue-chip companies.  His most recent liquidity event sold an  IP portfolio including patents on email privacy/anti-spam technology licensed in 4 countries and two languages with over 14,000 users. Another of Peter’s companies was listed on PBN’s Fastest 50 List for 3 different years. Peter has appeared on the cover of Midweek Magazine, the cover of Hawaii business magazine twice and named Entrepreneur of Year by Ernst & Young.  He is commonly recognized as the voice behind the Your Computer Minute radio program, and writes technology columns for Road Runner's Around Town.
